Birnie report to help improve meat eating quality in Scotland

Working with Quality Meat Scotland (QMS), the Birnie Consultancy team have produced a recently released report into Red Meat Eating Quality in the Scottish Meat Sector.

The report, which can be read here outlines the steps which could be employed by the Scottish meat sector on farm and by processors to improve the eating quality of the Scotch brand.

Speaking about the report, Dr Birnie said
